During this virtual information session, we will be discussing the day-to-day duties of the Contact Rep position to give you a sense of whether this is the right job for you. Additionally, we will go over what experience you need to qualify, tips on writing a proper federal resume to highlight your experience, how to apply, and at which locations we are hosting an in-person hiring event. Following our presentation, we will have a Q&A session with our hiring managers.
