What is a Talent Network and why should I join?
Talent Networks connect job seekers like you with federal recruiters. They’ll share open jobs, events and other opportunities. You must share your name, email and USAJOBS profile to join the Talent Network. If you don’t have a USAJOBS profile, you’ll create one when you join. You can also share your resume with recruiters to better match you with jobs.
You can join Talent Networks focused on a specific government agency or one focused on a government-wide hiring effort, like hiring for STEM jobs or into entry-level positions.
Talent Networks are ONE way you can learn about jobs in the federal government.
You can also:
- Search hundreds of jobs posted every day.
- Make your resume and profile searchable to recruiters outside the Talent Network.
- Get emails about new jobs posted by saving a job search.
